Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped for free within the contiguous U.S.
You can trust your order will be processed efficiently and professionally. We usually ship within 24 hours of order and shipping to the 48 contiguous United States is free.
We ship via FEDEX ground and shipping usually takes between 1 and 5 days, depending on where you live. Shipping originates from the East Coast.
Once your order is tagged for shipping, you will receive an email stating the status of your order has been switched to "shipped", along with the tracking number. You may then track your order to know the exact date of delivery.
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery to Residences
Delivery to residences is Monday - Saturday and you do not need to be home to accept delivery. If the courier does not find anyone home, he/she will leave the package(s) by the front door or wherever else you may tell us in your customer notes during checkout.

We deliver to businesses Monday - Friday

Return Policy

As much as we believe you will love your new area rug pad, Best Rug Pads is committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) to us within 21 days of receipt for a complete refund.
Simply email us within 21 days of receipt of your order at returns@bestrugpads.com and we will reply with return instructions within 24 hours. The return instructions provide the Return Authorization number as well as where to ship your return. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the shipper and we suggest using FEDEX or UPS.
All returns must be securely packaged and free of any damage. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original form of payment within 5 days.
Note: Custom cut rug pads per customer request cannot be returned. *Please note that we have the right to refuse any returns that do not have a Return Authorization number or that arrive damaged due to faulty packaging.
How to cancel an Order
Our orders are usually handled within 24 hours. In the event you need to cancel an order, we appreciate prompt notice by emailing us at returns@bestrugpads.com. In the email, please state your order number and that you desire to cancel your order. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and void any charges. |
