The manufacturer guarantees the Durahold rug pads for 10 years. We know that under normal conditions, your Durahold rug pad should last at least 15 years, if not more.
Does No-Muv really work?

What is the difference between No-Muv and the sticky rug pads that are available?
The sticky rug pads may work for a very small door mat size rug without any furniture on it and without any walking on it. For a rug that is walked on or with furniture on it, No-Muv is the only choice because it is dense enough to resist weight and prevent wrinkling.
Do I have to wash my Durahold rug pad?
No. Care of your Durahold rug pad is simple. Once in a while you may want to vacuum the surface of the pad for any dust that has penetrated through the rug onto the pad. This may be an annual performance.

How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing the order and are shipped from the east coast. Depending on where you live, transit time is between 1 and 5 days within the USA.
What size rug pad do I need?
We like the rug pad to be approximately an inch less on all sides than the size of your rug. Your pad will be cut upon your order and if there is a special size you need, simply choose the custom option on the product detail page before adding to cart.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free with every order within the contiguous United States.
Is Durahold safe for my floor?
Durahold rug pads are safe on all types of hard floor surfaces. Natural rubber is completely safe for all hard floors and since the lower surface of Durahold is rubber, it is safe.
