Your rug may not be exactly the size stated from our rug pad sizes and we know this. It can be frustrating having to cut your pad once you receive it. If your rug is any different in size than the size you are ordering, we'll cut your rug pad order to size for no extra charge!

Choose the size of pad closest to your rug size. If your rug is 9'3"x12'6", then you need to order the 10'x13' rug pad. The 9'x12' pad will be too small.

Our checkout is comprised of a few sections. After you enter your shipping and billing information, you will then agree to our return policy. The last page after this is where you fill in your payment information. Just above the payment information is a customer notes section. Here, simply enter your rug size and we will cut your pad an inch less on all sides.

Custom cut pads do not incur any extra delays or any extra charges.
