Durahold Plus Description:

 Durahold Plus rug pad protects any oriental or area rug laid on any hard floor. The 100% synthetic, chemically inert padding contains no plant or animal fibers to decompose, outgas or aggravate allergies. Thermal-set ridges on the upper surface, in an exclusive pattern of chevrons, running in multiple directions, enables the pad to grip the rug more effectively and prevents lateral motion in any direction. Superior natural rubber formulation on the lower surface in an exclusive hexogonal "tire tread" pattern puts more real rubber in contact with any bare floor and provides the highest degree of non slip traction.

  • You may vacuum Durahold rug pad at anytime. For spills, simply blot with damp sponge and let dry.

    This is the best pad period. After going trough a new set of rug pads every 5 years i decided i needed something better than the average jute pad.... I did some research and i found out Durahold is the most trusted name for rug pads ( And they are made in USA )... Best rug pads happen to be the place with the lowest prices and their service was wonderful. they cut the pads to trim my rugs.... and did not charge me any extra for it!
    I AM Extremely pleased!

    I have a very wrinkly, mobile rug ... now it stays put! The padding feels wonderful underfoot. This is a very effective product! Bestrugpads.com processed and shipped my order exceptionally quickly, and my custom size was cut perfectly. Thanks guys!

    PS - This rug pad has a strong rubbery smell when first opened. Just "Febreeze" it down and let it air out for a couple of days.

    Great customer service, and product. Pad arrived as promised, and is just the right cushioning for our area rug. The product is as good as stated everywhere on the company site. We were happily surprised that there is no odor at all. Recommend wholeheartedly.

    I heard about Durahold from relatives in the rug business and was told it is the only one to use under antique rugs. I have an antique persian rug and this pad is excellent. The rug stays in place and Durahold provides a very firm foundation! Highly recommend and Best Rug pads had the best price.

    I recently bought two rather expensive, hand-knotted Oriental rugs and one less costly machine made rug. The company recommended Durahold pads. They sold them and told me their price was the wholesale price they paid to the manufacturer. Best Rug Pads' price is significantly lower; eg. an 8x0 from the rug dealer is $222; from Best Rug Pads it is 109! Not only is the price great, but I called twice to get advice on size and information and information about ordering. On both occasions, the person with whom I spoke was courteous, professional and pleasant. The pads came the very day after I placed my order on line. They were wrapped well and arrived in perfect condition. I do not feel qualified to comment on the pad itself. The rug dealer told me Durahold is the best and will improve the longevity of my rugs. I will say that they hold the rug in place on my hard wood floors and that they provide great cushioning.

    I looked on and on and tried four different rug pads. They all either had an odor or did not work on preventing slipping until I decided on Durahold. The rubber bottom is amazing! I was told this is the best rug pad available and not I believe it.
