The 100% synthetic, chemically inert padding contains no plant or animal fibers to decompose, outgas or aggravate allergies. Thermal-set ridges on the upper surface, in an exclusive pattern of chevrons, running in multiple directions, enables the pad to grip the rug more effectively and prevents lateral motion in any direction. Superior natural rubber formulation on the lower surface in an exclusive hexogonal "tire tread" pattern puts more real rubber in contact with any bare floor and provides the highest degree of non slip traction.

Great Pad, Excellent service !!!!!!!

I use the pad under a custom made area rug from Safavieh, which is placed on a newly finished hardwood floor. I wanted a pad that would not scratch the finish on the floor, but would add loft and durability to the carpet. The pad worked out perfectly. It helped to speak directly with a sales rep before purchasing, he helped with the dimensions of the pad and the best, they cut the pad for me !!!!!!

Our rug is valuable and I didn't want to waste time and money on any rug pad. I know the Durahold name for years now and I opted for one from here. Great pad, excellent service and best prices I have found on the ground and online. Thanks for the pad and I'll be back.
